Class registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Acceptable payment methods include purchase order, bank wire transfer, or a check made payable to Sycamore Networks. Customer cancellation within 20 business days of scheduled training dates will result in the full amount of the course being billed. If Sycamore is forced to cancel training, all pre-payments will be refunded. Sycamore requires a minimum of six students to run a class. If this requirement has not been met two weeks prior to the scheduled start date, Sycamore reserves the right to cancel the class. In this event, Sycamore will refund prepaid tuition in full. Sycamore is not responsible for students' hotel, airline, or other expenses.
